Personal Education

Undergrad and Masters Degree in Vocal Performance from Bob Jones University.

I grew up in a very musical family. My favorite memory growing up was watching my dad play the piano while I was curled up in our pink arm chair. My whole family sang together, created art projects and watched shows that forever instilled a love of all things fine arts.

Junior year of college was when my life took a turn for the better. I was sitting in a Vocal Pedagogy class and realized I loved teaching. Getting to know people one-on-one, sharing music with them for even a few moments brought more joy than I can express. The ever present hand of our Savior in the intimate design of His creation made me never want to look away.

Since that moment, I have taught nearly 150 students, and I don't' plan to stop!
